Alongside my experience and extensive training, I have been privileged to work alongside Diana Pardoe for the last 10 years, developing the learning culture in our school. It has transformed how children think about learning. The goal is to develop highly effective autonomous learners, children who are independent, resilient, persevere through all challenges and are excited about what is next and we do this through enabling them to understand their proximal learning through what we now call ‘Purple Learning’.
